Support at Home Pricing Summary
Direct Services
(In-home Care)
Direct services are face‑to‑face physiotherapy sessions provided in your home.
What this includes:
Assessment and treatment
Exercise and mobility programs
Falls prevention and balance training
Rehabilitation following hospital stays
Travel time and travel costs
Pricing:
Weekday (Monday–Friday): $185 per hour
Saturday: $231 per hour
Sunday & Public Holidays: $278 per hour
Weekend and public holiday rates only apply when services are requested outside standard weekday hours.
Some physiotherapy work happens outside of face‑to‑face sessions but is essential to providing safe and coordinated care.
Examples include:
Clinical notes and documentation
Reports and progress summaries
Care planning and goal reviews
Communication with your GP or care team
Case conferencing
Pricing:
$100 per hour
Indirect services are billed separately and only when required.
How Prices Are Set
Prices are based on:
Professional physiotherapy expertise (10+ years’ experience)
Time spent delivering care and supporting your program
Travel and service delivery costs
Required documentation and coordination
Business and compliance costs
Pricing is aligned with Australian Government indicative rates for physiotherapy under Support at Home and follows national guidance on reasonable and transparent pricing.

Services are delivered in line with your approved Support at Home budget
You can choose weekday or weekend appointments
Invoices clearly show direct and indirect services
